To expand in both “WWE Imperium” NXT brands?

Tonight’s NXT Show featured a vignette featuring NXT UK Champion WALTER declaring the WWE Imperium quest to restore pro wrestling’s honor is only beginning. He promised that the group would grow and expand and that he was here to stay.

WALTER also gave Tommaso Ziampa props at “Takeover” Night One. He called it his greatest challenge yet.

WALTER stated that “At NXT’s Takeover: Stand and Deliver” we showed again that Imperium was the dominant force in professional wrestling. “I’ve been the dominant champion in WWE for the past two years. Tommaso Ciampa was a huge challenge, but it didn’t change. I am still the WWE imperium NXT UK champion.

“Our mission to restore the honor and glory of this great sport is only beginning. Imperium will continue to grow and expand Football Diehards because WWE Imperium has a future. Soon, all NXT will be able to understand why we call the mat sacred.

WALTER didn’t appear live tonight as he has already returned from the UK. After losing tonight’s opener against WWE Imperium new NXT Tag Team Champion MSK, Alexander Wolfe and Marcel Barthel attacked Drake Maverick and Killian Dain. In recent weeks, Imperium had teased that they wanted to recruit Dain.

WWE NXT’s Imperium says their “no-nonsense style” is better when they are with no crowd

WWE’s Imperium (Marcel Barthel, Fabian Aichner), won the NXT Tag Team Championship last Wednesday when they defeated Timothy Thatcher and Matt Riddle.

Although the match had to be held at the WWE Imperium Performance Center, in front of no fans, it was a success for Barthel & Aichner.

WWE Imperium NXT did it this week: New champion crowned; Imperium implodes

During his match against Leon Ruff, the WWE NXT Universe was able to see Isaiah “Swerve”, Scott’s new faction Hit Row. He was assisted by his teammates to take Ruff out, ending their rivalry.

Top Dolla, Ashante Thee Adonis and Top Dolla took to the ring to compete against Ariya Divari (and Tony Nese) this week. Dolla immediately impressed with his ability to defeat Divari with ease.

Hit Row beat Divari and Nese with big moves. Adonis began to take aim at Divari. Dolla won the match with a dominant performance and hit a huge suplex to end it.

The faction made a statement after the match. They made it clear that Swerve would be entering the NXT North American Championship picture.

Although the match was not very exciting, it allowed NXT more time to showcase their new faction. Hit Row now has a chance to be big with The Undisputed ERA gone, and Legado del Fantasma’s Santos Escobar taking a break.
